Please try the following:
1. Try to launch the JAR by double clicking on it. You will be blocked with a security warning. Dismiss the warning.
2. Go to your System Preferences and open your Security and Privacy tab.
3. You should see a check box towards the bottom that asks whether to run the app last launched (it should name the JAR). Check this box.
4. Then when you launch the JAR again, it should ask you to confirm and then run normally once you accept.
