Just depends how you run Ludii.
If you run it with command line, you can just install it somewhere, and run it manually from there.
If you are just clicking on the jar, you have to replace your environment variable of your os by that new jar if you keep the two.
If you uninstall the previous java version and install that one instead, that should be the new default environment java variable. That's the easiest way.
