No I do not understand, that ludeme is just to check the previous move, whatever if this is in the same turn or not. So if the turn of a player was over in passing, you will not be able to see a difference yes, but that's fine. Why would you like to see a difference? The pass move can be used for different purposes like many others moves. So if you want to make a difference between them, you can use another variable for example no?
In reality I do not understand what exactly is the problem here, about what you try to do and you think that's not possible (not only with these 2 ludemes, but with the language).
