Ok I found what you mean and yes you are right. The reason is because when a capture is made the player wins directly so the "HasFreedom" in the "ifAfterwards:" is not detected in that specific case because the player wins before us to able to check the next state (which not exists because a player wins).
I am going to fix that for the next release.
