OffShore minor fixes - dale walton - 06-03-2022
Corrected:
1. "Convex hull" -. "convex grid-oriented hull" in descriptins.
2. Location of "hands" to make it easier to refer to them during play - the show the current number of groups == size limit for groups played against.
3. Bug in color of territory displayed.
4. Way of coding options in order to avoid a soft compiler message about missing arguments.
