Hi,
According to Walter (the archaeologist of the team), these games are not enough documented to be added to the DLP project.
However, yes I can add them in the future and also add them to our wishlist of games for any users to add them.
But even if that's not our priority right now, keep an eye on the library in the future for when I will find the time to add them.

Byelaws typically address voting rights and decision-making related to maintenance, but whether they mention Shatar and Hiashatar specifically is unclear.
