Is it intentional that if a game's rules are defined (forEach Site ...
then there is only one turn even though the players alternate?
(and in this case, player to move is player 0 after taking-back a move...)
This seems to be something that happens for the Equal LOS.lud I sent regarding a different issue.

I am not sure to understand what you mean and you did not attach a .lud to that message.
Can you clarify and possibly send us a trial showing that problem?
