Hi, we understand that representing stack height with "x5" or "x3" means there are 5 or 3. But I think it takes up a lot of extra space and can actually result in a more confusing board state (with lots of unnecessary characters)
would there be an option to represent stack height without the x?

Hi Alek,
By default, a stack of pieces doesn't include the "x5" part, but the game designer can choose to include this in their games.
For example in tumbleweed (which is what I guess you are referring to), the graphics metadata line "(stackType Count)" is included in the game description, which indicates that the "x5" part should be drawn.
You can remove this line from the description to get the default stack, or replace it with "(stackType None)" to have no stack visuals.

I think the suggestion is to remove the «x» only and leave the number there. It is a good suggestion. The «x» does not look good.

Hi, I appreciate you improved the stack count labels by removing the X.
But now, I ask one more small favor for the next release regarding this topic:
Could you make the numbers bigger? They now look very tiny on the stacks.

As Tumbleweed is the only game to use this option so far, I guess you can decide how big the numbers should be
I've multiplied the size by 1.5, is this big enough?
