Update to Skirt / Natal Seas - dale walton - 02-03-2024
Natal Seas is Skirt with 2 placements and a skirt move per turn, instead of double turns of placement + skirt move.
I have added Natal seas to the Skirt script as a ruleset, and also added versions with capture. However Capture is still experimental at this point.
I also removed the restriction on the placement of the light piece in the pie.
