Tchoukaillon is a puzzle invented by Véronique Gautheron in the 1970s, simplifying the Chuka game (probably created by Édouard Lucas at the end of the 19th century). There is a sowing mechanism: at each turn, one takes the seeds from a nonempty hole and sows them one by one to the left (approaching the Roumba which is the leftest hole). As with Conway's Sowing, it is forbidden to sow the last seed into an empty hole or outside the board.
