No, I read about its existence in Berlekamp, Conway and Guy's book. But I plan to learn the ludii language trying to program games like this one.
The game has been created by Larry Black in 1960 (source: Martin Gardner). One constructs a path with monochrome Trax tiles, and the winner is the one who finishes the path (plus, the loser is the first one to make the path go to a border). So this is a connection game.
