Offshore - correction to capture bug - dale walton - 06-30-2022
A capture bug meant that the script needs to refresh all the opponent's territory after a capture in rare cases.
Also I noticed the the current version is not the most up-to-date with the territory defines, and so shows territory incorrectly.
Therefore please update Offshore to this attached version.
